Meet the Expert: Bailey Burns, Systems Engineer
Bailey Burns is a systems engineer working for Raytheon and now Paragon Space Development Corporation. She is involved in planning the next mission for the moon! Bailey is also the Rubik’s Brand Amabassador. She first started solving Rubik’s cubes in 7th grade when her math teacher taught the class during lunch breaks! Thanks Mrs. Doro! She is passionate about the educational origin of the Rubik’s Cube and is keen to get more young girls and women involved in STEM.
When did Bailey’s love of science and technology start? “I’vee always loved STEM but I never thought I could do it. I though it would always be a side hobby. Until my junior year of high school I thought I’d go into journalism. When I found engineering and then got into a top engineering school, I decided to really chase my dreams.” Read more of this interview HERE
